the wings are too small or because their bodies are upright most off the time makeing it very hard to propel upwards. But the body shape helps with swimming
a penguin cant fly because its heavy also because they have smal feathers called pin feathers

No, penguins cannot fly. Their wing structures are evolved for swimming.No. They are one of the birds with feathers and wings who do not fly. They swim. Poor penguins.
Penguins cant fly.
penguins cant fly, and chickens cant propperly fly!
Penguins cant fly.
I think you have the wrong idea here. No penguins can fly. They weigh around 900 grams on average and their body weight is too heavy for them to be able to carry it while in the air. Also, it has something to do with the type of feathers and the skeleton structure. Birds need a special type of feathers to be able to fly. They can 'fly' underwater because they are water dynamic, but not aero dynamic.
yes
Yes, they are. Penguins are birds but they can not fly. However they still have feathers, are warm blooded and lay eggs.
Penguins do have feathers
