Visible light contains all the colors that the eye can see. These colors are represented by different wavelengths, radio waves are very long waves and x-rays are much shorter. Visible light, for a simple explanation, is located between radio and x-rays on the electromagnetic spectrum.
When light passes through the bubble, light passes to the other side of the bubble and bounces back. The light that bounces back can be interfere with the part of the bubble it initially passed through. The interfered wave gets subtracted from the total visible light wave and the remaining wave is the color you see. For example if blue light is subtracted from white light, you see yellow.
The thickness of the bubble will determine the colors show, and therefore the color shown is an indication of how thick the bubble is!
