As a Martian is a resident of Mars, according to space probes, there is no life on Mars like the kind of Martian we expect in science fiction. Scientists are still trying to find out if there is any other life on Mars, like microbes or lichens. If, however, you mean other aliens in space - this has still not been proven - yet.

When we try harder!
We know about most of the common elements on Mars, such as iron, silicon, hydrogen and oxygen. Scientists expect to find almost every metal in the Periodic Table on Mars, but the exploring probes sent there have not been equipped to do that much analysis. The probes were intended to discover if there was any water, and if there was life. So far we know that there IS water on Mars, but no proof of life has been found yet.
