Not sure. But wow, that's a hard way to go.

Paracetamol or Acetaminophen (APAP), at high doses, causes liver damage. While this may be fatal in the long term, that would only happen after your acquired liver disease has run its course.

Liver disease is always a hard, painful, vile way to go.

If you've chosen suicide as an alternative, I would ask that you first consider some counseling before proceeding. That said, if you do choose to proceed, I would strongly suggest avoiding liver destruction as your method.

As I've mentioned, liver damage takes some time to kill you. If you actually did take that large a dose, may I also strongly suggest you get to a doctor right away (instantly, in fact) and find out if you've done yourself any injury.
