maybe because some people may get confused as to whether it is a boat or a plane as they have similar shapes so to diferenciate they have them facing opposite ways so there's no confusion
The coordinate system convention used for most vehicles, including aircraft and automobiles, is based on an XYZ system originally developed for ships and boats. The X-axis of this system is positive pointing aft and is typically called the fuselage station (FS) in the case of an aircraft. The Z-axis is positive pointing upward and is known as the water line (WL). To complete a right-handed coordinate system, the Y-axis is positive pointing along the plane's right wing. The Y-axis is usually called the butt line (BL) but is sometimes referred to as the wing station (WS) as well. The latter name is probably less common since it can be confusing for military aircraft where pylons and other hardpoints are often called weapon stations.
See the arrow keys on your keyboard? The one pointing up moves you forward, the one pointing down moves you backwards, the one pointing right makes you turn right, and the one pointing left makes you go left.
it is an alt-adz telescope. So you spin it till it is pointing the right direction, then you tilt it till it is pointing at the right angle.
You click the opposite of whatever "e" he is pointing to. If the "e" is pointing to the left, choose the one that is pointing right.
An aircraft coming in for landing would normally have the right of way over all other aircraft or vehicles unless there is an emergency situation, in which case those involved in the emergency have right of way.
If you're facing forwards then the left hand side of the aircraft is on your left and the right hand side is on your right. Reverse this if you're facing the rear of the aircraft.
Aircraft are able to turn left to right, vice versa or around by controlling the spin of the wheels. Preventing the right wheels to roll will turn the aircraft to right and controlling the left wheels will make a left turn.

Do you have pictures of the drawings and are you sure they are actually ink drawings instead of prints? If they are drawings, you had better have them appraised right away. They are probably quite valuable. If not, you can probably just frame them for your kids bedroom.
The captain is NOT "placed in right hand side". In all aircraft the captain is on the left side.
If your head is pointing north, your feet are pointing south, your outstretched left arm is pointing west, while your outstretched right arm is pointing east. Note: a help to remember is that the initials of west and east spell: 'WE'.
The top button is pointing to the right, the middle button is pointing to the ground and the bottom button is pointing towards the left. Hope this helped :)
