Some proteins have more nutritional value than others because among the 20 amino acids, humans can only synthesize 12. So that means that we would have to get the other 8 essential amino acids (isoleucine, leucoine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine) from what we eat or our nutritional diet. Foods that carry 1 or more of the 8 amino acids that humans cant synthesize would have more nutritional values than others.
