Not all Jews observe the laws of their God-given Torah. Non-observance may be related to assimilation, lack of knowledge, peer pressure, or other factors. Any Jews who do eat pork are not acting in a manner that is representative of Judaism. The source for Judaism is the Torah, which commands us not to eat pork (Deuteronomy ch.14).Note also that in Israel, where the majority of the world's Jews live, only a small minority of the population eats pork.
