~Also it helps with our mood, if we have a headache, or for for some simple things, plus believe it or not; eating actually helps you stay skinny or average, or else your belly gets full with air and that cause bloating, which makes your tummy stick out, even if you haven't eaten. weird isn't it?
but it's true, you need food to survive, it's not always "happy", sometimes we might eat when were watching TV, even if we don't need too, or some might eat when they're sad, like comfort food .
so saying eating is "happy", isn't the best word, unless you talking about chocolate, try this; don't eat candy or chocolate for a whole month, nothing sweet (unless its tea or sugar in your coffee), then on the last day, take a nice relaxing bath, with no lights, just candles, and eat a 5 pieces of the big chocolate bar, believe me, it's a nice feeling of accomplishment.
