Why does your internationat tow truck dont start?

This is sort of like asking "how did your shoelaces come untied?". You're asking a very vague question. It could be a dead battery, a bad connection between the battery and the starter, a bad starter, fuel gelling up (if it's cold enough), or hundreds of potential causes. How is someone supposed to narrow it down without even knowing the symptoms? You don't tell us whether the vehicle is cranking or not (which is essential to know before anyone can even think about diagnosing this), you don't tell us if there's any electrical power whatsoever. It's simply absurd to think that a diagnosis can be made by simply knowing it doesn't start.
