This is not a very specific question! It cold be due to a number of things. You may need to replace the spark plug, or it may be flooded. If it has a kick start, try that. The electric wiring may be faulty. If you can get it started and it chortles and dies, get it started and run it as fast as you can, then bring the speed down, then go top speed again. If that doesn't fix it, find if there is a valve you can open. If a lot of water comes out, you just fixed the problem, especially if you've been going through a lot of water deep enough to get into you're air intake. If neither of those work, get a new spark plug. Try checking the troubleshooting section of the owner's manual. If all else fails, take it back to the shop you bought it from and see if the shop's garage can fix it.
