well for one is your keyed turned all the way off. But i would say you probably have a short in you wiring somewhere. But try turning off the heater while the car is running then shut your car off.
Raise the hood find the heater motor tap it with a hammer. It should run.
Generally automotive blower motors are designed to run on the lowest speed even though the heater is turned off. The purpose is to circulate fresh air into the cab.
first of all i hate to say an obvious answer but does the heater motor even turn. Does it blow air at all. The first thing i would check is if the fan motor is blowing any air at all. If not u need to put in a new heater fan motor. first of all i hate to say an obvious answer but does the heater motor even turn. Does it blow air at all. Check your alternater. Sounds like it is bad in which case you are running just on the power from your battery which won't last long.
Could be, a bad blower motor, a blown fuse, a bad resistor, a bad switch, damaged wiring,
Have you turned the control from Pilot to On? Have you increased the temperature setting?
Common causes, blower motor resistor, blower motor, wiring or controls
fan motor could be bad
It could be a bad starter or a bad solenoid.... If you turn the key, but motor will not turn, listen for clicking... if it clicks, possibly bad starter. best option would be to beg steal or borrow a voltmeter and measure voltage at starter motor when key is turned......
starter is out, motor is locked up or your starter solenoid is out.
Then turn it off after it is put into park
there is a condenser on the heater housing it has 2 bolts holding it into the housing, just below the heater motor, they go bad, i had the same problem on a 95 rodeo.
