cannabalism ( Zombies eat people in gory ways)
some language ( some people yell sh*t as zombies chase them)
and extreme gore( zombies and sometimes people explode, brutal close up scenes of headshots , and people can be set on fire

Really there is no nudity there is just human like figure for clothes. you can delete the blood and language. The drugs are just listed because there is home made cigarettes that may look like drugs.
