Dawkins simply states facts the way he and many others see them. Adjectives like aggressive are an interpretation of the state of mind of the listener not the speaker. Dawkins' training is in science where all things are put to rigorous tests. Proposals which do not meet these tests are discarded. Religious proposals - gods, the effectiveness of prayers, miracles do not pass these tests and are rightfully dismissed. If there is any "tone" to Dawkins it is frustration that proofs are not accepted much like Sagan talking to his neighbor about the dragon in the neighbor's garage (see Link)
Answer
To add to the above answer, Richard Dawkins and other scientists, philosophers, and intellectuals who are counted among the New atheists, find mainstream science too accommodating to religion for financial reasons. Also they see that religion has done and is doing much more harm in the world than good. To quote Victor J. Stenger; "Science flies men to the moon, religion flies men into buildings".
Dank memes were not invented. They are the most quality memes on the internet. Richard Dawkins invented the meme though so that is cool.

Richard Dawkins is the Charles Simonyi Professor for the Public Understanding of Science, at Oxford University. As a scientist, he has a sound understanding of scientific issues such as evolution and the creation of the universe. This has led him to believe that Creationism is inherently untrue. Since his role is to advance the public understanding of science, he has written books such as The God Delusion (Bantam Press, 2006) to explain his views. There are many who disagree with creationism on scientific and even biblical grounds, but Dawkins does so publicly because that is part of his job at Oxford University. For more information, please visit: http://christianity.answers.com/theology/the-story-of-creation
No. This is a nonsense promulgated by people such as Richard Dawkins to cause 'damnation by association' in the popular mind. People who are Christians are of various kinds - this is possibly why Christians have so much trouble getting along at times.
only if you mount them so aggressively that you bleed from your urethra
Professor Dawkins says that 'God' is a weak explanation for the mysteries of the universe and actually an obstacle to thinking about them. The so-called 'intelligent design' theory looks for God in the 'gaps' in our existing knowledge (in so far as the gaps it identifies are genuine). But even if you prove something else does not account for a fact, it is lazy thinking to conclude that the explanation is therefore supernatural.Dawkins believes that religion is used as an easy option by those who wish to avoid looking for real s, thus his term "lazy thinking".
they react so aggressively and almost lead to destructive war
In matters of religion, we all form our own opinions. It was also suggested by Depeche Mode that God has a sick sense of humor. Richard Dawkins has argued that belief in God is a delusion. So, you have lots of options. I will add that if God is indeed a criminal, it is going to be extremely hard to arrest Him.
