If you're not cheating on him, then he's being unfair. Make it clear to him that you're not cheating and try to avoid other guys for a while until he's got it into his head that you're not doing anything with anyone else.
You're boyfriend could just have trust issues. Do little things that will make him trust you more such as: Make sure you tell him every secret you have; Write him little cute notes; tell him that you love him and that there'll never be anyone else apart from him.
