Music is a art because you improvise* in it, and it can make you feel happy, or sad, or really angry. Art can do that to, depending on the colors and the picture. *Improvise means to make up on the spot, or to pull out of thin air. Example: In a song you have to improvise to fill in arest, and in art you have to improvise to think of what to paint, draw, sculpt, etz.
