When your boyfriend still thinks about his ex, it could mean a couple of things. First, he could still be in love with her. Second, he could still have some feelings for her, but it doea not mean he wants to be with her. They have a history (maybe even kids)that will always be there. Especially if they were together for a while. Not too much to worry about unless he obsesses about her.

∙ 9y agobecause he was obviously in love. Maybe his ex broke his heart and he misses her. this happens due to over-possessiveness of the boy who thinks about his his ex. This may also happen because he loved her and he could tell her the same. Sometimes mistakes just happen but they should not be made such a big thing, there are misunderstanding in a relationship I am not telling that there are no mistakes but if it could be resolved then why to have break-ups

Its never a good thing when your boyfriend has feelings for anyone else but you but to make it worse its his ex who he once had relationship with for how ever long. If you come to find this is true a good long talk is in store to see where both you stand and to see what should be done from there. I understand you might really like this new guy but you should really think about putting a stop to the relationship till he can get over his ex completely or stay with him and get dump later down the road for his ex when she wants him back.

∙ 11y agoThere could be many reasons that he continues to dream of his ex, particularly if the two of you are in a new relationship. It can take the subconscious mind (which produces dreams) some time to recognize the change in his life. Or, these might be mere sex dreams, in which the dream partner is not significant. Yet again, these might be negative, angry dreams expressing his disappointment and rejection of her. The important point is that dreams, which are mere imagination, should not become an issue in a real life relationship.
