Why wont your car start even though the glow plugs have been changed?

diesel engine.bring a piece of wire from battery to glow plug rail to heat the plugs .and count to 20 ,if starts then u have a bad glow plug relay.if it still dosent start open an injector or 2 and crank engine and look for fuel .if fuel appears then it just mite be an air lock/

Hard to start when cold?? Warm?? All the above? How many miles on the vehicle? Fuel filter been changed lately? How many miles are on the spark plugs?
Your peugoet 306 TD 1999 model has been getting harder to start now it will not start at all with the key but it will bump start the glow plugs have been changed also the priming pump and diesel pump?

You have to remove the intake manifold to get at the rear 3 plugs. I take mine in to a small mechanical shop. Plugs are 100,000 mile ones so unless you are over 100000 and they haven't been changed or getting to 200000 I wouldn't worry about it. Be sure to have the plug wires changed with the plugs if you do chasnge them, though, it taked the same effort to change the wires underneath the manifold

fisrt make sure you have spark to the plugs. , make sure you have fuel to the engine. if you have these, try pop starting it, it might be your neutral safety switch.

sounds like a fuel problem could be fuel filter or fuel pump
