Warped brake rotors will cause pulsation (or vibrations at high speeds) when the brakes are applied. This may also go on to misalign the calipers and cause other vibration related damages.
Remove the wheel, the calipers and the rotors, reverse procedure with new rotors.
Have the front rotors turned on a lathe at a dealership. check brakes and rotors
Could have either on the rear. Both were an option.
take brakes off and calipers off, next rotors should come off easily.
no. if you want to upgrade your brakes from a different car then use the Eclipse GSX brakes, or a 3000GT brakes. but you have to replace both the rotors and the calipers.

warped rotors
yes, but only when the brakes are applied.
If the truck has disc brakes on the rear then the park brake shoes are located inside the rear rotors. You have to remove the brake calipers, pads and rotors to access them
This will greatly depend on what kind of brakes you have and which parts you are trying to replace. Do you have disc or drum brakes? If you have disc brakes, do you want to replace the calipers, pads, or rotors? If you have drum brakes, do you want to replace the drum, or the shoes?
Disc brakes are supposed to drag on the rotors, if you think they are too tight you will have to replace the calipers. The caliper slides may need cleaning and new hardware to allow the calipers to move freely.
