Yes, you should be fine with the wheels of an '06 'Busa changing to an '08. What you have to look out for is the electronics - they are not interchangeable. http://www.busaking.com
This can be done but it requires a lot of work and modification. The Honda swingarm fits in a way but the bolt diameters are not the same, the single arm is also a bit longer than the Suzuki's original swingarms and the shock absorber mounting is also different. The swingarm bolt diameter of the Honda is 227mm and the Suzuki is 235 mm.
No. The RM250 stuck with smaller axles all the way to the end in 2008. The First Rmz 450's (2005) had larger axles front and rear. If you put RMZ450 forks and a Rmz450 swingarm on an RM250 it would work. These do fit although the rmz 450 swingarm is 25mm longer.
Most aftermarket providers sell swingarm stands that will fit the Buell XBikes. Pit Bull is one of the most popular, and American made.
yes but it might take some modification.

A 200 will fit, but a 190 will be wider.
Will a Suzuki RF 600 fairing fit on a Suzuki Katana
The 125 forks should fit the 250 as long as they are both the same frame style and close years.
