YouTube, doesn't automatically upload videos onto their website. Registered users of YouTube, or G-Mail, can upload their own videos. In other words, go to YouTube, and in the big fat white bar at the top of the webpage, type in, "Grindl." And if you see any titles for videos that you think might have something to do with the classic TV series, Grindl, click on that titles video image, which will be located in the far-west middle section of the search result page. Then, YouTube will re-direct to you that video's autoplay page. Then, the video will automatically play. You can pause the video, by clicking on these, "II", at the bottom of the video clip area (the square area with the video inside it).
Try Veoh. If that doesn't work, Youtube. Though, I do strongly suggest that you give Tokyo Mew Mew (Japanese version of Mew Mew Power) a try. There are subbed versions, and the dubbed versions do lack some of the episodes. You may not even get half of what Tokyo Mew Mew offers.
Technically No. But if it is a video taken by any random person, and not a company or TV show that would probably be ok.
Yes on youtube
www.justdubs.net but i don't know what a mega video is, this uses veoh

There isn't any information to why the website has closed. It could be due to the competition of other websites that stream TV online like Netflix or even YouTube.

4kids has episodes of Ojamajo Doremi in English, but you have to live in North America to watch them. Youtube and Veoh also have episodes in English, you can see them no matter where in the world you live! But the 4kids dub is terrible and disappointing. Unfortunately, there are no other good English dubs!
