Yes - mine originally had a small block 350 and now has a big block 454. Isn't that difficult, with a few modifications of course (engine mounts, front springs, etc)

Yes
yes it can
There is no hood emblem on a 1970 Camaro. The emblem is on the upper valance, and if you use some sort of foam gasket you could probably get it to fit.
I don't see why not! But why would you want to do that?
Money is the limit. IF the engine didn't happen to fit, you could have the engine compartment modified. A big block should swap right in with no issues... wiring, transmission, etc is a different story, but a big block will fit.
No. not the same.
1970-1981
Yes. I think that Hooker headers makes a kit with moun ts, headers, and frame reinforcements.
Yes. You could get them from the factory with them.
Any small block or big block Chevy from the late 60s through the end of that block style around 2000. A 4.3 V6 should bolt up in there too, and maybe the 2.8 and maybe even the 3.8.
yes with some modifications maybe none
It sure will but you will need to probably put a cowl induction hood on it so it will not have any hood clearance problems. I have seen a few I think there is a small space problem with the HEI distributer. Not a big deal... just a tight fit
