It won't do anything if the fuel injection goes out. IF the car is running fairly well but knocking, it's not the fuel injectors. You have more serious problems within the engine.
Add a fuel injection cleaner into the fuel tank or go to a garage that has a fuel injection service machine.
it sprays fuel into the cylinder so that the electrical system which sends an electrical charge to the spark plug can ignite the fuel/air mixture(vapor) which pushes the piston down, which moves the camshaft which moves the transmission which creates a go on you car.
It's located in the fuel tank. The question you ask is really too involved for a proper answer. You may want to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library.
that's hilarious. there is no "fuel injection fluid" but I'll give you a better answer if you go get me an "exhaust bearing" ROFLMAO

if a knock gos bad can your car go off
I had a similar problem with my car once. I think you have a fuel injection problem. Go to a car place like pep boys or Strauss and buy fuel injection cleaner like STP. Then the next time you go to the gas station, add the whole bottle in with the gas. Then run your car as usual- hopefully this will fix that.... -A
Ok your gonna have to be more specific, you talking about a carberator engine or fuel injection engine. Beacuse a carberator might but fuel injection definitely won't.
This has happened to me. I thought most likely it was the fuel pump getting ready to go out soon. So I had that replaced and it hasn't stalled out since. Knock on wood.
Depending on the car it could be a vent for the fill hose. It could be a fuel line to the front of the car It could be a vent line for the charcoal canister (pollution control system) Or it could be a return line from the fuel injection system
put new injectors in
You need to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library. Thank You very much. I have actually tried those very two places. I can tell you how many auto parts stores in countless cities I have looked in. And the public libraries have manuals but nothing on the v6 fuel injection system or a diagram. Thank so much for the information. Shellane
