In general, if you have an abnormal PAP smear that shows it, then unfortunately yes.
Here's the text from the Medical DQ list:
(12) Abnormal Pap smear graded LGSIL or higher severity, or any smear in which the descriptive terms carcinoma-in-situ, invasive cancer, condyloma acuminatum, human papilloma virus, or dysplasia are used.
You can read the full DQ list at the related question link below.

The Answer to the question is YES, not no. This response to a very logical question, written in 2011, is complete horseshit. In 2016, at the latest, females were eligible to be enlisted Navy SEAL team members. If you read this "Answers" before then forget what it says. Why in hell it's not updated I cannot understand.
No.
No, from what i have seen they only DQ if you have some kind of an outbreak, but will accept you when you are treated for it. Girls may not get in due to the virus HPV can cause Cervical Cancer for the women. Im glad i can help, cause i think i may have HPV.....
Yes
Yes women with HPV give men genital warts.
Yes, klinefelters is waiverable in the us army but the marines or navy will disqualify you if they find out.
Depends on the situation, it's a case-by-case basis. Usually yes but there are exceptions. You could get a waiver.
A woman can contract HPV the first time she engages in intercourse. Once a female is sexually active, she should receive regular PAP smears. If the cells are abnormal, it could be HPV. It can occur and be treated at any age.
Yes, a man can give a woman HPV and a woman can give a man HPV. To reduce the spread of HPV, males AND females can go to a clinic or their primary doctor and get the HPV vaccine in 3 different doses at 3 different times. If someone ALREADY has HPV, the HPV vaccine should still be taken because there are over 100 strains of HPV, and you may not have one of the strains that the vaccine prevents.
There is no commercially available test to tell someone they don't have HPV. An HPV test is sometimes done in conjunction with a Pap smear. This test looks for high-risk HPV subtypes on the cervix. It can't tell you that you don't have HPV. Most people contract HPV soon after becoming sexually active. If you are sexually active, you have probably been exposed to HPV. There is nothing special you need to do if you have HPV. You should consider getting the HPV vaccine, using condoms or abstaining from sex, and, if you're female, should get pap smears regularly as advised by your women's health care provider.
Yes there is in fact a female Commodore in the Royal Navy.

I am a navy recruiter, you can not be on any medication while in bootcamp. If you are on medication now I would say no. If you are not on medication and do not need it on a everyday basis I would say you should contact a recruiter
