Will the PS3 3D work with any 3D Television or do I have to buy a Sony Brand 3D TV?

3D gaming systems will work on ANY 3D TV. Sony is still a good brand to consider along with Samsung and Panasonic. All of them offer 3D in full HD. unlike LG and Vizio who use a passive 3D system that reduces the resolution to just 540 lines, half that of the premium brands.
For performance games consoles, it's worth spending a little extra to get the best 3D systems.

That means you can hook up a PlayStation 3 to Front or Rear projector TVs, TVs with Picture tubes, Plasma or LCD TVs, ETC.

Is the HDMI cable for PS3 good?
Connecting the PS3 to a HDTV with HDMI inputs is best rather than only good when using an HDMI cable. It allows a single cable to easily connect with an excellent connection and only a single plug and also allows a sync between the two devices. When I put a disc in the PS3 the TV turns on and switches to the PS3 from my Cable box. If the TV is already on it switches the HDTV from cable over to the PS3 and back when I turn off the PS3. The PS3 HDMI cable sold by Sony is a good quality cable and support all the features of the PS3, namely HDMI 1.4A with 3D video. It is also cheaper than some other HDMI cables that are sold in the TV area of most consumer electronics stores. When I purchased by HDMI cable at Walmart that store was out of the PS3 HDMI cable and I purchased the Sony Flat HDMI cable for a little more. Most named brand cables work fine and you should never pay full retail for a HDMI cable. You do not have to purchase a PS3 cable and many of the other Sony cables work fine. Currently Walmart has the Sony HDMI Cable w/ USB Cable Pack (PS3) for $34.97 and it is the same price as just the Sony 6.5' HDMI Cable (PS3) and without the extra charging cable

No it is Blue tooth and TVs do not use that they use a system that has to have line of sight, but my Sony TV controller works to play DVDs and blu ray discs on the PS3 so does the Sony Home theater remote
