Technically, the sun. Light is just a result of rays cast from the electromagnetic spectrum of hydrogen. The sun, does not give off light. Rather, it gives off heat. Heat from the sun causes ice to melt.

All of them, because they all get absorbed by the surface. Radiation that gets absorbed excites the molecules of the surface, heating it. In this case, it provides energy to the ice to melt it.

Because heat raises the temperature above that which the snow can stay frozen. sunlight has cells called millimeters that are so hot that makes the snow melt
