Yes, it is possible. Methotrexate only stays in the system for about a week. It depends more on how much damage may have been caused by the ectopic pregnancy itself.
Well it is not beneficial to get pregnant right away. A body needs time to heal from the ectopic pregnancy, particularly if anything punctured, tore or ruptured. If you are pregnant again there is nothing you can do about that. Some women will have twins where one baby is ectopic and the other is not. So she delivers a healthy single baby after the ectopic pregnancy is resolved. If you are only concerned about the chemical having been in your body do not fear. It goes through the body within days.
In normal, healthy pregnancies the HCg level should roughly double every 48 hours. If it does not, this can be a sign that the pregnancy is not a healthy.
No with the injection as long as you get 1500 calcium daily and excersise your bones will stay healthy.
Yes, it can. I just went in for my "new OB" appointment last Wednesday at 9 weeks, 3 days. We went into the sono expecting to see a little peanut and a heartbeat. Instead, there was nothing in my uterus. The only thing they could find was a 3 cm "mass" near my left ovary. They repeated the bloodwork and sono two days later and found that my beta levels had increased to 9,000, but the sono showed the same- no baby- but the mass had grown another 2 mm. I had no pain, no bleeding. I thought I was having a normal, healthy pregnancy. I had to have the methotrexate injection and am currently dealing with it. I am 4 days past having the shot and my beta levels are up to 11,540. They should go down by 15% by Friday if it is actually working. Why do you suspect an ectopic? Are you having other symptoms?

A B injection is a shot containing multiple B vitamins - the vitamins are innocuous to a healthy animal but can help support a diseased animal's immune system.

As many times as you want. You might have Fallopian tube removed, after ectopic pregnancy as it is the most common location for ectopic pregnancy. But do not worry ! GOD has given you another tube and it will take care of further pregnancies. ( By the way, GOD has given every thing in surplus. For one kidney can do and you have two. 1/8 liver is enough to maintain healthy life and so on.)
There is not enough room or environment for the healthy growth and delivery of a baby anywhere outside the womb. The fetus will not be able to develop normally. Most often, as the ectopic embryo starts to grow, it will burst the organ that contains it. While ectopic encompasses any organ outside of the womb, such as the opening of the cervix, etc., this is usually the fallopian tube (also known as a tubal pregnancy). Rupturing of an organ will cause bleeding, severe pain, and even death for the mother.
