no sign of pms one day before I due. Could I be pregnant or do I have to have any pains, breast tenderness, niplle tenderness

You could be or you could be and are loosing the pregnancy. Wait a week or two and retest to see what it tells you.

Not if everything is normal but loosing weight does make it easier. Also if you plan pregnancy you need to speak to your doctor about the gastric bypass. Dieting is not adviced when pregnant and going in to tighten it means more risks.
