one it is very hard for girls to get a 6 pack cuz women store fat on the outside of their muscles so even if they are extremely lean it will cover the muscles and women dont build muscle very well because they have much lower amounts of testosterone unlike men u have much more and u are much to young too be able to get a six pack u should still work out and if u train had enough u will eventually get there.
Concentrate on a healthy diet a bit higher in protein. Work leg lifts and crunches into your workout routine.
Be careful not to over do it. At 12 your body is still developing, and if it hasn't started, puberty is on the horizon. Now is not the time to begin crashing your weight, or overdeveloping musculature. Give yourself time, and keep up with your efforts.
