My 2 teeth on the bottom has moved backward a bit upper one are really straight can retainers move it to the front and make it straight instead of wearing braces?

Yes they can somewhat help but it won't be as effective as if you used braces.

Do you have to have braces or can you just have a retainer?

Braces are designed to move your teeth into better alignment. A retainer is designed to keep your teeth in their current position following braces. If your teeth are where you want them to be, you do not need braces or a retainer. If they are not, you will need to have them moved with braces followed by a retainer to hold them in place.

If your teeth moved do you you need braces again?

no you don't because just getting a retainer will put your teeth back because you've already had braces.

If you get your braces out do you get a retainer?

It depends of what your orthodontist or dentist recommend. But most of the times, you have a retainer to wear for a few years, and a retaining wire behind your front teeth (upper and/or lower) that you most likely to wear all your life.

What if daughters teeth moved two weeks after braces were taken off?

She should've gotten a retainer and worn the retainer as she was told to. If she didn't follow that, she'll probably have to get braces again.

Reasons for European expansion?

Overcrowding was the main reason. Resources and money were another thing. Some people moved for religious freedom and jobs. Hope this helped :)

Does it matter if the power chains on your braces move?

I am not sure but you might want to get it checked out. I have had power chains with my braces and they never moved. Plus I have never heard of that happening to anyone. Are you sure that they moved because I don't think their supposed to. Hope I helped :) Check with your orthodontist/dentist if that is supposed to happen.

Where can you get your braces removed?

At the place they were put on. Actually, if you've moved, any orthodontist should have the necessary items to be able to remove them.

What do you call a person who applies braces on a patients teeth?

The orthodontist applies braces to your teeth and tightens the wires that join the braces. Tightening is usually done on a monthly basis. Your orthodontist will have a game plan in place for how the teeth will be moved, either by wire tightening, or by the use of headgear and/or elastics.

Why is a retainer used when braces have been removed?

Once the teeth have been moved into their new position, the braces are removed and a retainer is worn until the teeth stabilize in that position. Retainers do not move teeth, they only hold them in place.
