The fans on a 2000 Chevy Malibu engage when it reaches a temperature threshold around 200 degrees. It then brings the engine temperature down to an acceptable level before it is again shut off.
you take the rear turbine out of the engine and clean it and then make it dirty again and put it back in
more than likely it is your alternator, have it tested.

Yes, because they are not changed by the reaction.
I have had a similar problem with my 1998 Chevy Malibu. I am going to assume your car has the 3.1 litre engine. The very first thing you need to check is fuse 37 underneath the hood of your car, the fuse box located on the drivers side, that is near the master cylinder. When I replaced that fuse my 2 gauges both began working again.
No But the American Malibu boats went in to liquidation but recovered all their assets so are back in again If you were talking about the Australian Malibu boats then deffinatly no.
These lights have 2 different "lights" in each of them. This occurs frequently. Change out the bulb and everything will be working fine once again.
If its like the 1999 model (probably is), you have to remove the front bezel, taking off the removable knobs and taking off the volume control nut. In mine all the bulbs are solder in place, I changed all ten so I wouldn't have to go into it again. Takes some electronics skill but its not to bad.
because people haven't changed.
I myself verry tresure most of the owner manual that come with the product, I do have the not so tansmission 1998 Chervorlet Malibu owner manual for v-6; but the problem is we still own the Malibu and the worst thing that we still need it; but if you need it verry verry urgen you may ask Google my e-maill address and you may have to copy one for yourself. Again I still try to do my best in helping.
there is no accesory switch wire on the 02 malibu.....you must run your accessory wire from your aftermarket radio to the thick brown wire coming out of the ignition to the left of the radio bay and put a fuse in the wire close to where you tapped into the brown wire on the wire from your radio also your door chimes will work again
