Liking your teacher is a very common thing. However, you need to realize that teacher-student relationships hardly ever work out. There is probably a pretty big age gap between you and your teacher, and you two are in very different places in your life.
It's okay to have a 'crush' on your teacher but is is necessary to understand that there is a lot separating you two, and as much as you might like him/her, a student-teacher relationship would be inappropriate. The teacher would probably be fired, and your parents would be very mad at you.
I'm not trying to sound harsh, but there is also the whole issue with you being possibly underage (unless you are in college), and the teacher could be charged with sexual harassment.
Everyone has teachers they think are cute, but I think that the best thing to do is stop dwelling on him/her, and spend more time with people your own age You never know - maybe you'll find someone more similar to you (age and emotional wise) and like them even more.
