You own a 2002 Chevy cavalier your CD player stopped working and now shows error and the motor sounds like its constantly running?

Chances are that the player in your vehicle is no longer working. Most CD players will show some kind of error once they fail as the lazer reading device inside fails. You can try a cleaning disc but if this does not correct the problem then look at replacing the unit.
