It could be the fuel pump, fuel filter, alternator, or the relay switch.

If you have just replaced this starter then you probably have it hooked up incorrectly. If it is still the same old starter, then it has shorted out inside and needs to be replaced.
Did you follow the starter alignment instructions when you replaced the starter? Are you getting oil on the Bendix? That could cause the starter gear to engage slowly. It is possible that the replacment starter has a problem. Also, if the previous starter had the same problem it could have damaged the gear on the flex plate.

Most commonly, it's the starter or the starter was wired wrong when it was installed. More rarely, it can also be the keyswitch or even a bad gear on the flex-plate.
The starter solenoid, or ignition switch is bad, and either one needs to be replaced.
That wouldn't be your starter, it would be your clutch, get it replaced before it burns out or becomes stuck
It could be the starter in it. It may be weak or need replaced.
