It is very common to have to revise a paragraph or even an entire paper. When you are asked to revise, your teacher (or professor) may have said you were not clear about your main idea; or perhaps you did not develop your thesis statement enough. Revising for clarity is certainly one good reason why writers make changes in what they originally wrote; sometimes, writers also revise to put in more detail, explain something better, or change the entire focus of their paper, after finding some new information.

What can you write for a custodian paragraph?

It is not entirely clear what you mean by a "custodian paragraph". It suggests that possibly you wish to apply for a job as a custodian, or possibly you wish to gain custody of something, or you wish to write an essay about custodians. Those are my top three guesses. Perhaps you would like to be more specific.
