Cellular respiration is the process in which cells in the human body break down food in order to produce energy. One of the by products of celluar respiration is carbon dioxide and a bit of water. Nitrogen is also present and some potential traces of minute gases and particulate matter. Nitrogen is present because air is approximately 21%-oxygen and 79% nitrogen. Our bodies use both in different ways, but it doesn't mean that all the nitrogen we breath in we use, sometimes it may just be in excess.
So in short you exhale:
- Carbon dioxide
- Water vapor
- Excess oxygen/nitrogen
- Trace amounts of other gases and some particulate matter
When you breathe out, your body gets rid of Carbon Dioxide (CO2).
The anus gets rid of solid waste in the human body
your kidney does and that is what gets rid of the wastes from your body.
Oh that's a simple one, limewater, it tests for carbon doixide, a gass your body gets rid of.:DOh that's a simple one, limewater, it tests for carbon doixide, a gass your body gets rid of.:D
Out of your body into the surrounding atmosphere.

Exhale.

Vacuoles merge with the cell membrane and then open
You exhale because you're body is getting rid of the gases so the oxygen can come into your lungs.
If you body gets rid of urine, it will function normally.

the only way that fat leaves the body is in the form of CO2. CO2 is expelled through an exhale. So the more you exhale, the more fat leaves your body. So a good way to exhale more, without hyperventilating yourself, is through exercise; cardiovascular exercise to be more specific.
Carbon dioxide.
water flushes out all waste from the body
Mainly the kidneys.
