Italian, French and Spanish are all romance languages (they are in the same family). If I were you I would learn Spanish first, mostly because there are alot more places and people in the world that speak spanish than italian...but as far as ease of learning, they are about the same.

However, when searching for a job French is better to know because everyone will know Spanish but only you will know French giving you a bit of an edge. If it is required to a language at your school, then Spanish is easier in the beginning but gets harder later, while French doesn't get as hard. Examples: Spanish has two verbs for 'to be' while French has just one; Spanish has two words for 'for' while French has just one; and Spanish has a preterite tense which requires a lot of memorisation while French does not have a preterite tense. So French, in the long run, is easier to learn.
