Mary Magdalene is not left out but is indeed mentioned a number of times in the New Testament. She is even mentioned as the first witness of the risen Christ (Mark 16:9).

What is left out of The Bible are details which are untrue. These details which 'didn't pass the muster' since the disciples and other witnesses were alive when the Gospels were written, were thus omitted. What people now try and do is to push certain details as being true and left out, as if there is some kind of conspiracy. The conspiracy, if there is any, is on the side of those who in modern days, think they know better than those who were actually there and saw what happened for themselves. In particular there is an attempt to sell books and movie tickets and make money from such stories.

People need to understand that absolute truth was of critical interest to the early church. This is particularly so in the light of the opponents who could 'strike down' anything which was a lie, particularly the resurrection, of which Mary Magdelene was herself a witness. Thus, anything which was untrue was not regarded as scripture, hence a number of spurious Gospels such as the Gospel of Thomas were not given any respect in the church, since they were not entirely accurate in all details.

Mary Magdalene was not left out of the Bible. What was left out was the book The Gospel of Mary Magdalene or simply The Gospel of Mary. Other Gospel that was left out of the Bible were, The Gospel of Thomas & The Gospel of Barnabas

The term 'purposely left out' also has somewhat incorrect connotations in some people's minds. It may be more correct to say that these writings which do not belong in the scripture were omitted since they contain untruths. They never belonged in the first place and so to say they were omitted suggests an error of some kind on the part of those who compiled the canon, whereas the errors are in those documents such as The Gospel of Mary Magdalene.

What type of court deals with murder?

There are different categories of death. Therefore cases that involve a death may be heard in criminal or civil court depending on the circumstances. A case where a person died as a result of a car accident in which no one violated the law would be heard in civil court. A case in which someone purposely hit and killed someone with their car would be heard in criminal court.
