You want to get a really tiny gem in your nose you want it to be hardly noticeable is this possible or would it go straight through the hole?

There are small gem nostril screws that can be used, but you need to keep in mind that regardless of how small it may be it's going to look like a Bowling ball sitting on the side of you nose until you get accustomed to it being there. The smallest gauge you can get done with is 18 gauge and you may need to have a little larger stone in the jewellery till you get past the healing stage then you can step it down to a smaller stone later on. You need to crawl before you can walk baby steps baby steps.
