There are differing opinions on this subject so I'll tell you what worked for me. Before the birth of our first foal I rented the video of Dr. Miller, the vet that made 'imprinting' a household word. I waited for our mare to stand and lick and groom the foal for a few minutes. Then I was right in there with the foal. I did ears, nose, mouth (even inside the mouth), legs and hooves, under the tail. For the next 36 hours I repeated this process, gradually working in buzzing clippers, plastic bags run over his entire body and when the foal was steady on his feet (the next morning) I was picking up each hoof, and was getting him used to a halter. By the third day he was almost halter broke. By the end of the first week I began loading him in the horse trailer.
It would have been impossible for me to be more involved with the foal and the mare cared not one bit. She was a very good mama, taking her role as mother very seriously. Friends that have followed the same imprinting methods never had a problem either. But without the very early imprinting I would not have been able to halter break, lead, load in the trailer, ect. as quickly as I did. If a mare has the inclination to reject her baby imprinting or not imprinting will make little difference.
*Note:For the first 48 hours after the birth I imprinted every few hours even setting the alarm clock so I could imprint several times during the night.
In some werewolf mythology, imprinting refers to the act of a werewolf forming a deep and unbreakable bond with a particular person, often resulting in a protective and devoted relationship. Imprinting can also involve a werewolf marking their chosen partner in some way, symbolizing their connection.
Jacob continues his fight for Bella because he had developed deep feelings for her before he imprinted on Renesmee. Imprinting doesn't necessarily erase previous feelings or connections, and Jacob's love for Bella is a significant part of who he is. He sees his imprinting on Renesmee as a separate part of his life that doesn't diminish his love for Bella.
because before he loved Bella but since he didnt imprint on her he imprinted on her daughter
Imprinting is when a shape-shifter finds their soulmate. Now a lot of people are thinking of this the wrong way and calling Jacob a pedophile but that's not how imprinting works. It isn't always in a romantic sense. Imprinting simply creates a powerful bond between a shape-shifter and the imprintee. The shape-shifter will always care for their imprint and want to protect them. There are different stages of imprinting.1st stage - If the imprintee is young, the shape-shifter will act as an older sibling.2nd stage - As the imprintee grows older, the shape-shifter will also come to be their best friend.3rd stage - They become intimate friends. Meaning, their feelings for each other are changing into romantic feelings. (this stage may or may not happen to the imprintee, but the imprinter will fall in love with his imprintee. They will not 'see' any other person in a romantic way, at all. Their imprintee is all he/she cares about and he/she will love their imprint even if those feelings aren't returned.)4th stage - When the imprintee is old enough, the shape-shifter's feelings grow into romantic/sexual love. The shape-shifter will be at all times very protective and loving to the imprintee. And just to clear things up a wolf and his/her imprint do not have to get together in a romantic way. While the wolf doesn't get a choice about his/her feelings the imprintee does. They can chose whether or not they want to return the wolf's romantic feelings. However most of the time they do because, "it's hard to resist that level of commitment, compatibility, and adoration."Hope this helps.
because granite is such a hard rock, it is difficult for things to imprint it, it also comes from lava/magma so most living things have already decomposed before they can make an imprint.
1.00 is greater because the number before the decimal is greater
4.3 because the number before the decimal is greater.
He is, but the actual reason for his love for her becomes known in Breaking Dawn. *SPOILER ALERT* Jacob imprints on Bella's daughter Renesmee. His reason for loving Bella was that Renesmee was a part of Bella even before she was conceived, either through the traits present in Bella, but being incomplete until Renesmee was born (like he was partially imprinting on Bella), or that he loved the person who would eventually give birth to the child he would imprint on.
ANY number greater than the number before the greater than, so if the answer is greater than 7 then one solution is 7.00000000000000000000000000000000001
by seeing what number comes before or after for example: 6 is greater then 5 because 5 comes before 6 therefore 6 is greater.
Yes, it is common to capitalize "Greater" before a city name, such as Greater New York area, to indicate a larger metropolitan area or region surrounding the city.
8/100 is greater than 5/100
