It will probably start and idle
BUTIt will probably not run correctly above idle, it is a fire hazard as motorcycle engines spit fuel back from the intake and re-jetting or reprogramming the injection system will be needed to make the engine run correctly again.So...in short, it might for a little, but its not a very good idea.
If you know where the Airbox is with the Air Filter in it ... follow that tube to the Vortec 4200 cover. The Air travels through the Airbox into the throttle body and youll see it after removing that Vortec 4200 cover and disconnecting the tube from it and youll see the butterfly valve of the throttle body
I guess your wanting to know where the coolant temo sensor is maybe?? Your question is not very clear! If so, take the airbox out and its on the end of the engine, it has a green connector.
Underneath the airbox in the engine compartment. Go to www.autozone.com and look up the EGR valve. They have pictures of it so you know what you are looking for. Hope this helps!
You don't know without the paperwork.
on most inline BMW engines, the thermostat housing in located on the front of the engine, drivers side, in front of the intake manifold, between the airbox and fan. there are coolant hoses going in the bottom and the side.
