There is not a healthy way to do this. When i wrestled in high school, i worked out for 3 hours after school wearing a trash bag and 3 layers of clothes to keep the heat in with the heat turn up in the room. I also went to my local req\YMCA sometimes after the workout's and on weekends to sit in the sauna and swam a few lap in the pool, refreshing after being in the sauna! 30 pounds in 30 days is too much weight but you can do it. Take vitamins, drink plenty of water. You can also chew gum but never swallow just spit it into a cup like a person who Dips. This is all very unhealthy advice and i do not advise this.
