I suggest that you get a blood test done for pregnancy. Some womens bodies just don't show it in a regular urine test. Or, if this is your first maybe your body is trying to get ready for pregnancy. Either way you should consult with an OBGYN who can answer your questions and concerns.

Removal of Mirena in itself does not cause heavy bleeding and clots. Such symptoms are likely your period.

Big clots would concern me. But I did have tiny little clots with my pregnancy at first and things turned out fine.

During a miscarriage, the tissue is usually clots that are a grey or pinkish colour & sometimes you can see veins. However it is possible to pass large black clots during a miscarriage. It's possible you could have a miscarriage but it depends if you was having pregnancy symptoms. You may simply be having a unusually heavy period for you & passing large clots because of this. Antibiotics can sometimes cause the symptoms you mentioned but its unlikely. See your Doctor for a blood test asap.

It can be normal to bleed during the early parts of pregnancy but not blood clots. I suggest you go to your doctor asap and tell them whats going on.
