I'm uncertain about home computers, but laptops can be as cheap as £300 or more, depending on where you find them. My own laptop cost me around £450.

If you know how to code, then you just need a computer with the program necessary. If you do not know how to code, you also have to buy the text books.

I personally do not know much about collections of computer software, because I do not buy much of it, but judging by Adobe's collections, which are the only ones I really know of, I would guess that it would be known as a suite.

If by markers, you mean makers, the reason they include such detail is because they want their product to be catchy to the eye. Your eyes would much rather look at an extravagant tree than plain old grass or stones. Detail catches the consumer's eye and tricks them, in some cases, to buy the product.
if it wont install then eather your computer is not fast anuf or u need to buy new CD
