Sounds like a bad CV joint or half shaft. Have a mechanic check it out.

The flasher on the Subaru Outback is located on the left side of the steering column and under the column itself. It is a square of about one inch on each side.
The Electronic Control Module on a left-hand drive Outback is on the right, passenger side floor just under the dash. You remove a couple of buttons holding the carpet in place and peel the carpet back.
The Emergency Killswitch in the Subaru Outback is located underneath the drivers-side steering panel. It is to the left of the steering column and looks like an inconspicuous button. Just press that with the keys in the ignition and with the electricity on.

They put 'em on the passenger's side (for left hand control cars) under the carpeting.

Yes it does: Driver & Passenger front seat belt sets are mechanically different & have separate part numbers.....
