It sound like you have a heater cord problem good luck with it If you have a sunroof, it has 4 drain holes, 2 on each side, front and back. If a drain is clogged on that side you will get water in there and you will be scratching your head wondering where it's coming from. Check your door gaskets too.
i have a 99 jaguar xjr supercharged and i just had a problem with my inertia siwtch its located or should be on the passenger side kickboard/floorboard
i think it is a health problem :/
Depends, Is it blowing air at all? If not then could be the fan, fan motor, or an electrical problem possibly with the heater controls. If it is just blowing cold then your going to want to check the heater coil, on that truck I believe it is on the passenger side under dash/floorboard. you may smell anti-freeze if so the heater coil is the problem.
The most likely culprit is the heater core.. its usually located under the dash on the passenger side.. if it starts leaking you will have water on the passenger side floorboard.. also the radiator fluid will be low.. Another possibility is the drain from the ac is clogged... alowing condenced water from the ac process to dump in the passenger side floorboard.. the heater core and the ac drain are located in the same area...
See if your passenger floorboard is wet. If so, look for corroded wires. If you fix the wires, it should correct your problem. I have a Chevy Venture that had the same problem and this worked.
I have a 98 neon .it had the same problem. take your tail lights out and put a thick bead of silicone where that gasket is between the body and the tailight and it should solve your problem. remove the gasket
Sounds like a heater core is leaking. That is a very common problem. You will be far better off to have both the heater core and the AC evap replaced at the same time. they are both in the dash and they both commonly go bad. fix both with the same labor.
I can't answer this yet, but I am having the same problem!
I had a similar problem with my Passat. The back seat floorboard was soaked. Found out that the seal on the Moon Roof was not functioning properly and the water leaked down through the door on the floorboard. Volkswagen fixed it immediately. They told me it was a common problem. Good luck.
to open, use WD40...or a crowbar You will more than likely have to remove the inside door panel to get to the latch mechanism and find the problem of the latch does not work. No crowbar!!!!
This is usually a grounding problem. Either an insufficient ground to the assy or a positive to ground problem. As you mention the brake lights work with the lights off, it will probably be related to a problem with the "running lights" system. As you mention only a problem with the passenger rear, I would check for a poor ground related to that light assy or possibly one of the bulbs' internal filaments in that assy touching each other. Or possibly a socket failure at that assy. Good Luck
i was wondering you would answer that.
