One of your sensors such as an 02 sensor has a naked wire that is grounding out blowing fuses

Place your hand over the hole and see if there is pressure (called blowby). If pressure is building inside the engine it will press on the oil seal and cause it to fail. Replacing an oil seal in an engine that has blowby is useless since it will fail again.

The dashboard assembly will need to be removed. This can sometimes be as simple as a couple of screws around the circumference of the HUD and some hidden clips. Or some special screws on the engine bay side which is very uncommon. Once the dash and side skirts are removed you will have access to the lighting (bulbs, leds). I recommend replacing the light with an LED, because of the nature of LED's they never need replacing again.
