they dont hurt while they are getting put on a few hours later though they do start to hurt.....th bottom hurts worse than th top and th pain only lasts like a week

well, it depends what stage you are at in having braces. if you are in the early stages of your braces, it will hurt badly. if you have had it on for a while, (for like 6 months) then no, not that much.
