lol this happens to me a lot too is shucks but its called a lag i think and your connection is pretty bad if it happens to you often it does this to me a lot like i said so dont feel alone.
To get into runescape, open internet and go to google. type in runescape. go into the website MMORPG and click play now. create a new account and you are done
Runescape automatically load updates when you click the (Play Now) button. That's why it takes about 1 to 2 minutes depending on your internet company to load the game. Merry Christmas .

Go to the RuneScape website and click the button that says "Click Here to Play". When you get to the RuneScape client, at the top of the screen (underneath the stupid advertisement), it says "Upgrade to Member". Click on that. :) You do have to pay monthly to be a member.
Have you tried shutting down all programs, then shutting down and re-starting your computer ?
You cant unless you get a mouse.
