Be generous - he's trying to cover all the angles! He's not sure of you, thinks he might find someone more suitable; or maybe he's just idly curious. Don't be mad at him, just ask him gently why he still goes there. Leave room for uncertainty - aren't you perhaps a little uncertain yourself?
