If your boyfriend doesn't take you out there are a few reasons why:
1) He's broke. If he's under 16 years old and he's broke, I can understand. If he's over the age of 16 and he's broke, drop him.
2) He has a girlfriend and he doesn't want anyone to see you two together.
3) He doesn't think you're that attractive and he doesn't want to be seen with you.
Those are the only reasons. Don't fall for any excuses. People will only treat you the way that YOU allow yourself to be treated.
